Paderborn – The three cute children (4, 5, 5) were sitting on the back seat when their father picked up the knife!
The Paderborn Regional Court is dealing with a terrible bloody act. Wahid S. (30) is charged with murder (treachery, base motives). The prosecutor is certain: On November 3, 2020, the pizza delivery driver killed his wife Nuha († 20) insidiously and for base motives.
The children together (two girls, one boy) had to watch everything.
The Syrian Wahid S. (30) has to answer for murder before the Paderborn district court.
That day, the Syrian couple met with relatives. Before that, there were marital problems, because he assumed the woman was having a relationship with a cousin. In long conversations, the couple finally reconciled. The prosecutor: “She got into the car overjoyed.”
But suddenly Wahid S. pulled out a knife that he had secretly taken from the relatives’ kitchen. Apparently he had only pretended to be seeking reconciliation. As if mad, he stabbed the woman, hitting her in the head, neck and upper body.
Nuha S. bled to death in the passenger seat of the VW Golf.
Shortly afterwards, Wahid S. rang the relatives’ doorbell, covered in blood. He was overpowered by police at the scene and is in custody.
A relative said to BILD at the time: “After the fact, Wahid told me that she had lied and cheated on him. He killed her and washed the shame from his honor.”
It is unclear whether Nuha S. was actually having an affair with her cousin. Allegedly there are contradicting accounts in the family. The three children are in the care of the youth welfare office.
On the next day of the trial (May 6), Wahid S. wants to testify; the verdict is to be announced on July 13.
