Hamburg – shock early Thursday morning!
At around 6.20 a.m., there was a brutal attack on a young woman (19) in Kandinskyallee at the Mümmelmannsberg bus stop in the Billstedt district of Hamburg.
According to initial investigations, the 19-year-old was about to get on a bus when she was stabbed at least once.
An eyewitness reports: “He rammed the knife right into her head.”
Rescuers took her to a hospital with serious injuries. Risk of death!
Officials immediately launched a large-scale manhunt. They quickly tracked down a 29-year-old Afghan. During a search of his apartment in the Tonndorf district of Hamburg, the police seized evidence. At around 11:15 a.m., the handcuffs clicked in a vocational school in Hamburg-Ottensen. The young man is due to appear before a magistrate on Friday.
The motive for the bloody act is still unclear. According to BILD information, there is much to suggest that the victim and perpetrator knew each other.
