Galaxy S7 flagship to come with a magnesium alloy unibody design: Rumor
VALERIE RICHARDSON11SHARES

#Samsung traditionally isn’t known for well designed phones. But that trend was seen to be changing after the manufacturer released the #GalaxyS6 and the S6 edge earlier this year.
This was followed up by the #GalaxyNote5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+ that were officially unveiled last month. And now, as we look towards the release of the next major flagship, the Galaxy S7, reports are pegging the device to sport a premium grade body as well, but even better.
If a new rumor is to be believed, the Galaxy S7 will come with a unique magnesium alloy unibody construction, which should give it a very neat look. The company has supposedly sent out word to its parts supplier to send out samples of magnesium alloy unibody casings for likely prototypes of the Galaxy S7.
Samsung has apparently asked the supplier to offer casings that have a surface as smooth as the iPhone 6, so clearly the company wants to top or even match Apple in terms of build quality. We’re still some distance away from the release of the Galaxy S7 and a lot could change by then. Keeping that in mind, we suggest you take this report with a pinch of salt.
