STOMPer Trempest Humphries filmed this foreigner skateboarding on a public road, and felt this behaviour posed a danger to motorists.

In an email today the STOMPer wrote:

"I encountered this foreigner skateboarding on the road.

"I caught this on video on Apr 22. It happened at about 9:10 am."
