Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced that all public transport services under Rapid KL will be free for one month starting immediately, in conjunction with the official opening of the MRT Putrajaya Line Phase One today.

The Malay Mail reported that the move was to help alleviate the cost of living Malaysians currently face.

Services under Rapid KL that will be free for one month starting today are MRT, LRT, BRT, Monorail and Rapid KL buses....
