Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong said he was deeply saddened to hear of Mr Fock's passing.
“I have known Siew Wah for many years, beginning when we both served on the 1985 Economic Committee. He has served Singapore with distinction in both the private and public sectors for more than 40 years.”
Mr Fock, born 1940, had been the first chairman of SMRT - then known as Singapore Mass Rapid Transit Limited - and LTA. He was also on the board of Temasek Holdings and government-linked companies such as DBS and Singapore Airlines.
PAP one vote less…..
Fock who? He history long long time liao ... that Ah Lan took over and ruled over all the LTA CEOs for many years now ... nobody remember who the Fock he is now
Tiagong , the good Lord was with him. And he steadily rose from a humble bank clerk and then all the way to the Top .
Why do you keep reminding me of Cheng San?If there are magical algorithms or creative vote counting, PAP votes can come from the grave too.
Sinkies foods are the reason. Hawky foods not cheap, very unhealthy too. Service also rude. Best is to eat lighter and healthier meal, less salt less sugar. Occastionally do water fasting and stop comparing life with other people. Live within your means, what you already have, not craving for things you cannot achieve or queue up under the hot sun for impractical freebies. Less is more. Don't fight over small matters and try to declutter your life and surroundings. Avoid crowded places, less prone to diseases and virus. Keep your mouth close when not talking or eating. You can live up to 120.84 is life expectancy for men in Singapore?
Vaxxed is 48.84 is life expectancy for men in Singapore?
Private company? Is SMRT a private corporation? What do you think?
