My dad was sent a letter earlier this year requesting him to submit a passport-size photograph by Feb 20 to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) for processing. We did so by sending in a digital photograph.
However, he has yet to receive an update on his new card status.
I have tried to send an inquiry e-mail to [email protected] as stated in the letter but encountered delivery failure due to "security reasons".
I have also tried calling all the three phone numbers stated in the letter but there was no reply.
It is really frustrating as we have followed all the instructions in the letter, but are still unable to get anyone to attend to our concerns. We feel so helpless.
We hope the department in charge of this project can explain why this is happening and advise me on the status of my dad's concession card.
