Frog A : Does Merlion need this lightning damage to attract more visitors?

Frog B : I am not sure. I am wondering if the tower of Pisa is not leaning, will it still attractive to visitors? To me, the tower itself is quite ordinary!

Frog A : You have a point. Merlion itself is famous and in fact similar statue was built in other countries, like Japan etc….

There are not one, but three, merlions - one full-sized and two babies - perched in a park in the city centre of Hakodate. The hakodate is situated in Hokkaido of Japan.
It was built by 64-year-old Masaru Yanagisawa - a hotelier, fishery boss and philanthropist. He is also chairman of the Singapore Association, whose members are mainly Japanese with an interest in Singapore.

Frog A : Some of them had problem getting A or B grade when they were in school. Well, they are now out of school and again they are expected to get A or B grading for their stalls!

Eating establishments and food stalls are assessed by NEA and given the following grades:
A – a score of 85% or higher
B – a score of 70% to 84%
C – a score of 50% to 69%
D – a score of less than 50%
To equip foodhandlers and licensees with basic knowledge of good hygiene practices, the NEA has produced a Basic Food Hygiene Booklet that is available in English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil.
