Foreigners benefits govt officers & their associated companies more than local

OPINION
Correct me if I am wrong, before the foreigners came, the basic pay is about $1800 - $3000 for degree holders. from the seventies to the nineties our starting basic salary grow with inflation steadily
but recently in the last ten years, our govt decided to expand rapidly and there are simply not enough Singaporeans to fuel this growth. Therefore the alternative is to recruit from oversea, to support the govt expansion plans. As the govt companies growth, they gets more foreigners in, not only does these foreigners help out, they compete with Singaporeans for Jobs. Is there any pay increment for locals?

What did Singaporeans benefit from this expansion? Are Singaporean getting extra pays? Did DBS share its profits with the citizens? Did Temasek give out bonuses to Singaporeans? NO, No & no. This expansion plan only benefit the govt top officers and their associated companies.

So when WingTAi, Kim Eng, capitalland growth by importing foreigners.

How does it benefit Singaporeans!!!!!
please dun quote properties price increase, bec for the average peoples, u sell high u also buy high.
I wouldn't mind if the govt recruits these foreigners to be placed under average locals to manage, but sadly, its the other way round, foreigners are recruited to govern the average Singaporeans. And yet Singaporean had to serve NS & Reservist to protect these foreigners who always can't help smiling when they heard a local colleague going to reservist.

Watch out. Some of these foreigners' pay are over-declared. The actual wages are much lower.

For those low-pay cleaners, there's actually kickback involved. In reality, if their listed pay is $900/mth, it's actually $400/mth out of boss's pocket and $500/mth out of the original sum that the foreigner paid to agent! Actual pay is $400/mth.
