As I've mentioned before, I believe sinkieland is using a combination of lockdown (sorry, circuit breaker) and herd immunity. We have strict social distancing and masks wearing enforcement. But people are still basically allowed to move about (via car, mrt, bus, walk), and we are looking at opening up the country May 12.
