For sinkees who work, they get higher of 50% commission.

They work from 9am to 9pm which is the opening hours. They only get 2 off days in 1 month

The problem with this arrangement is if there are very few customers during working hours on the weekdays. No basic salary and zero commission during the slow hours! Might as well get a guaranteed $8 per hour working at fastfood restaurant.
