Based upon that conversation, perhaps there was a miscommunication between lady Felicia & the unnamed suitor over the word RM.

It's just a guess, but what the suitor meant by RM is Relationship Manager - often employed by banks to serve high valued customers to meet its clients daily life needs, from accounting to even recommending best places to patronage & settling the clients financial needs 24/7.

There are many names in regards to such services - such as Chief of Staff to CEOs or Chairman, middle aged or young scion of a family biz empire, as such high caliber top person would need a staff to handle the mundane while they focus on the necessary. Their salaries ranges around S$12,000/mth, sounds lucrative but it is not a job for a family man as it is a 24/7 job, at the beck & call of his boss.....

If that suitor is a high valued foreigner, Relationship Manager is only a term for the more commonly used Butler or Concierge...
