Feedback on Forummer Cooleo - Abuse of Infraction Power

1) Forummer with the above nick goes around giving infractions to whoever that argues with him strongly - infraction should be given only for bad behaviour detrimental to the forum but the forummer's own behaviour is much worse leading to retort

2) Forummer Cooleo spams vulgarity all over the place instead of producing sensible argument

3) Unreasonable infraction by Cooleo may lead to forummer registering multiple nicks in order to continue writing in the forum.

4) In short, Cooleo's power need to be curbed or it will impact the forum negatively.
