Father jailed 6 months for exposing himself to daughter

An aircon technician was jailed six months for insulting the modesty of his daughter by exposing himself to her at their Pasir Ris flat.
The 47-year-old did this five times from June 2010 to May 2011, a district court heard on Friday.
A child protection officer with the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) reported the matter to the police in August 2011.
Investigations revealed that sometime in June 2010, the girl, then 11-years-old, was about to leave her house to stay over at her cousin's when the father called out to her to enter his bedroom as he wanted to give her some money. She found him naked, quickly took the money and left the room.
