in case anyone don't know,there is a new development by far east opposite katong shopping center.everyone knows that far east price is expensive and ridiculous,but the shit thing is,though it is a FREEHOLD land,it is put as leasehold of 103yrs instead and in another words,the land belongs still belongs to FUCK EAST even if all the units are sold to others.i worried for our next generations,it seems the rich gets richer and richer only,that ng teng fong is bullshit.
