Why is change a formula in most governments even in China, an authoritarian State, where Premier and Chairman of CCCP can only serve two terms? Change has in effect become a “law” in proper governance because without it corruptive influence of perpetual power will entrench itself.
PAP has lost billions of the country’s reserve, there was no change; they blame it on the market. Was not the market the same market which they attributed their initial policy of reserve management and its success: The success of which they have spent to buy political capital and influence, and even using it to demolish political opponents and reward their own appointees.
Now, the reserve has been sequestrated by the same market that gave them their inappropriate scale of influence, have they now have guile to tax their own way out?
PAP over-drafted; they must now pay the principal with interest.
Now they are clearly taxing their way to save their political skin especially from the pricing of land and the management of the CPF: This is draconian policy justifying perpetual power.
PAP is a spent force.
They have failed and must be changed!
