STOMPer DL spotted this at a HDB lift lobby and was bewildered by it. 'Can one actually get an ordinary HDB lift and reserve it for VIPs?' he questioned.

In an email sent to STOMP, the STOMPer wrote:

"I saw this message one day at a HDB lift lobby and I felt so weird.

"Is it possible for one to do that?"
