Paddling with Tiffany

I READ with delight the report, 'Just call them Ivy, Tiffany and Joy' (April 14).
I am thrilled by the enthusiasm of our paddlers Li Jiawei, Wang Yuegu and Feng Tianwei to master the English language. Learning English will be an advantage to the trio, in daily communication and more so when they meet the press.
Our top paddlers may have acquired English names, but Li Jiawei should be Tiffany Li Jiawei and not just Tiffany Li. Likewise for the other two paddlers.
