据台湾《苹果日报》报道，陈水扁涉贪遭起诉之际，台湾检方特侦组已将下阶段侦查目标锁定李登辉，起因是扁 爆料李也洗钱，而检调单位重启侦办“国安密账”案，查出李登辉任内有数亿(新台币，下同)公款遭挪用炒股牟利，且股市操盘手陈贤保也曾透过人头海外账户汇 款5000万元到李登辉户头。


扁夫妇被起诉后续回响

一名近李人士称，此案台“调查局”及“国安局”都已经调查过了，“这是政治放话，不是法律案件”。


台“调查局”台北市调查处日前约谈陈贤保到案，陈贤保辩称只是“单纯政治献金”，并无任何不法对价关系。不过，检调单位对陈贤保的说词高度存疑，因李登辉卸任之后，并无参选其它公职计划，而陈贤保过去并无特定政治倾向，突然大手笔捐赠政治献金，显然不合常情。


扁曾爆料李登辉钱汇岛外

扁家洗钱案曝光后，陈水扁曾公开爆料，李登辉利用人头账户，汇了10亿左右到岛 外。李登辉虽称：“全属空穴来风、子虚乌有之事。”不过，特侦组随后在扁办搜出40多箱机密文件，发现一份由台“调查局”洗钱防制中心在2002年制作的 “巩案洗钱报告”，也因而对此“国安密账”案重启调查。


据报道，“巩案洗钱报告”内容详细记载李登辉主政末期，到扁接任的前两年间，总计约17亿元“国安密账”资金流向，其中确有近10亿元被辗转汇往新加坡等国，最后流向不明。 <table align="left" border="0" cellpadding="3"><tbody><tr><td><!--广告内容开始--><!--广告内容结束-->

检方多次密讯李亲信刘泰英
特侦组立刻将“巩案洗钱报告”中的5名可疑人头一并限制出境，同时透过司法互助管道，请求新加坡等国协助清查资金流向。


而台“调查局”台北市调查处查出其中有部分人头账户，是供李亲信刘泰英及开发金前总经理胡定吾使用。胡定吾到案后，特侦组也数度派人前往台北监狱密讯刘泰英，据悉，两人部分证词对李登辉不利。


台湾检调单位也证实，台“国安局”在1994年执行巩案，所需3.3亿元经费，当 年已由“国安密账”支出完毕，“总统府”却在5年后函文“外交部”要求编列“机密外交”预算“归垫”这笔款项，且这笔巨款最后竟流入“台综院”账户，其中 1亿多元作为兴建“台综院”大楼，另1亿多元则被用来投资股票，已触及侵占公有财物罪。检调单位将传讯李登辉，查明真相。
