For many years, phonebooks were issued on a one-to-one basis. In the latest exercise, there appears to be a change in the number of copies, either one or two sets, irrespective of the number of lines a large corporation has. Any additional copies must be bought at a so-called special price of $5 per set.
In this latest exercise, there is also no CD.
Can the authorities explain why there is such a drastic change?
