What about other areas such as Malaysian buses and those who come in by ship?
Our experience with Sars has put us in good stead to deal with new viruses and bacteria.
Kudos to Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan and his staff for once again rising to the occasion to protect Singaporeans from various health risks.
But citizens, too, have to help themselves by practising clean habits like washing their hands frequently and taking simple precautions. Ananda Perera
