Even monks hope to strike it rich at 4D these days

This monk, shaven-headed and dressed in his saffron robes, was spotted buying 4D at this Singapore Pools branch in Bedok North.

Here's what STOMPer Heartlander observed:

"This photo was taken on Oct 3, early morning on Saturday.

"This Thai monk was seen buying his lucky numbers at Singapore Pools' Bedok North Branch.
