A man has lost his appeal against his divorce after his ex-wife produced several e-mails in which he insulted her intelligence and accused her of being a "lousy lay" in bed.
The man - who has a history of depression, mental anxiety and a fear of public places - also told the court that she feared for her safety when she was with her husband between 2002 and 2003.
