So, Mr Gerald Giam is a committee member of the Southwest CDC which is run by the PAP, does this make Mr Giam a PAP "associate" ??

Now, why is both Choo Zheng Xi and Gerald Giam of TOC involved in grassroots activities in the west of Singapore ???

Is this a pure coincidence ???

Or it is because their "mentor" and TOC patron, is a PAP minister from a GRC in the west of Singapore ???
