There's no such thing as exit poll in Singapore. The voting-is-secret culture already frightens many people. For the need of secrecy implies consequence of revelation. This is the most third-world culture and mentality in Singapore. Why the hell should be the vote be secret? I tell everybody whom I vote for. Arrest me? Harrass me? Please come, welcome. I'd rather live in a prison under incarceration than to live in the open under fear so much so that one has to be frightened of declaring whom one supports.

Your vote is your right. Nobody can tell you to them your vote. But if telling your vote based on free will is an offense, then this is a form of coercion and more importantly, if the votes are SO SECRET, how do you know PAP never cheat in vote counting? We know the opposition does not have the resources to do that. The elite class is a very small group of people. The army and police whom the elite use against the peasants are peasants themselves.
