This Perm Sec has never work so hard in his life, having to start from 8.30am to 6.30pm. Well, this is the normal working hours of most workers, but for senior civil servants like him, they probably enjoy shorter working hours. Thats why this perm sec find his whole body aching after working 9 hours a day for a week.
And what kind of BG was he in the SAF? Some small cuts and minor burns, and he is already complaining. What kind of army do we have producing such generals who cannot even stand the heat in the kitchen? How can we expect such fucking general to lead in times of war? Pls read what he has written in ST:
" The basic culinary course comprises 30 demonstration lessons, each followed by a practical. Each lesson lasts three hours. Including theory lessons and a visit to the market, it means every day there are three lessons - two demonstration and one practical, or two practical and one demo. It means 8.30am to 6.30pm almost every day, with an hour for lunch.
At the end of my first week, my body was sore, not counting the burns and occasional cuts on my hand.
Mentally, it wa also challenging. The restaurant ktichen is a very stressful place."
