Budget airline messes up my flight, then messes up apology letter
STOMPer YH received this letter from a budget airline, after the STOMPer’s flight was ‘messed up’ and no compensation was offered.
According to the STOMPer, the English used in the letter is just better than the word ‘Boomz’.
“The budget airline not only messed up my flight; it did not offer compensation and did not staple the reply letter
“It also did not use ‘Spelling and Grammar’ check in Microsoft Office.”
