Traffic volume along the CTE towards the Seletar Expressway has fallen drastically, especially after 8pm, because of the KPE.
If any expressway with ERP is congested during ERP operating hours due to a traffic accident, will the LTA consider suspending ERP charges so that motorists caught in the jam are not penalised? If the vehicular speed along the expressway is less than 45kmh (LTA's benchmark) due to a traffic accident, it is no fault of other motorists on the road.
