Just because "Vulture" rhymes with "Culture", Straits Times thinks it's cool to use the term "Culture Vulture" in their articles, eg.

If you look it up on Urban Dictionary, all the entries for the term "Culture Vulture" are all negative :

https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=culture vulture

A person or an organization making profit using unhonorable practices from a culture they do not care for.

Someone who steals traits, language and/or fashion from another ethnic or social group in order to create their own identity.

A Culture Vulture is an inauthentic individual who attempts to identify with aspects of another culture and falsely claim it as their own. They do this by mimicking aspects of culture that belong to another group of people and not giving credit where credit is due, which creates the illusion that the aspect of culture they are mimicking is authentic to them

A scavenger, circling the media, looking for scraps of originality to add to their conceit.

A person who loves art, music, movies, and dance, and all forms of culture so much that they consume whatever they find, whether or not it's any good. Like birds that scavenge by the roadside, culture-vultures feast mindlessly on art wherever they find it.

Not really, I beg to differ. In the right context. Though with negative connotation.

Also, your definition is narrow and contrasts with Cambridge dict

Try Australia! Maybe your spiritual numbers did not suit the algorithm of both places.

Plus doctors are in demand in australia. But you may end up in the cutbacks.

not necessary a doctor end up in outback. mostly 99% they can get in the city or subburd.
few few back the Australian goverment did offer on tv looking for doctors and nurses in the outbackin a small subburd the goverment even built a clicnic operating theater and the Australian goverment even give doctors and nurse who willing to work in that small outback subburd get a free house! :)
but the small subburd is far from the city la

No lah

The problem is me. I am the fucked up one

no la bro.
it is because u exprienced many nasty people for so many years it get to u bro it is the same thing happened to me when i was in sg i hate myself so much.
what i learn is if the working enviroment is toxic i will change another working place until i get the working place which is better then those previous companies.
and i did a bit further i left singapore to Australia and i still experience toxic working enviroment where the asian are power hungry and bossy and i quite the job and retire!
so far my life asian the one who make my life horrible once i keep away from them my life is so much better!!!
still there a handful asian i treasure them like my own family :)
