Dear ASP BURHANUDEEN and ISP Mark CHUA,
1. I made a police report online, A/20090602/2018, regarding LEE Kuan Yew, his son LEE Hsien Loong and his cousin-in-law WONG Kan Seng, cheating repeatedly in Singapore General Elections, see my blog, "I came, I saw, I solved it" for an online copy of such report [but mysteriously, WKS name was left out in the automated pdf copy sent back to me by email].
2. The next night, Wed 3 Jun 09, 3 of your Investigation Officers came unannounced to my flat for the sole purpose to seize my pc, on your orders. They were not here to investigate LIE KY LHL WKS repeatedly rigging elections.
3. On Mon 8 Jun 09, I discovered why you seized my pc. It was to investigate me for "Criminal Defamation", as Station Inspector Mark CHUA told me during questioning from 10.50am to 12.43am.
4. You now have had my S$2,500 new pc for 9 months now and would have had enough time to clone its hard disk to create an identical copy, bit for bit and byte for byte. So I want you to return my pc ASAP. Bring it back to my address above in its original pristine condition. Call me first to ensure I am home to receive it.
5. Not having my new, fast, powerful pc is causing me great distress since it is my principal way of searching and researching knowledge bases from encyclopaedias to language translation websites to medical info.
6. Let me tell you this straight: LIE KY would very much prefer you return my pc and drop the case in any face-saving way you can devise. Not doing so or proceeding with the case will make him VERY ANGRY WITH YOU because you are spreading the news of his repeated election riggings to a far wider audience than now, than he wants. If my case goes to court, like the last time in 2001 when I went to court charged with the laughable, framed charge of "incitement to violence" ha3, the prosecutor HAN Ming Kuang, had to drop the case right as the trial started so as to prevent me from testifying and thus creating permanent court records, which will then be available for all posterity, to anyone who requests a copy of the court transcript.
7. 8 months later in 2001, my pc was again confiscated and not returned until recently in Oct 2008, for "criminal defamation". The case was dropped and my pc returned.
8. You are now doing another "criminal defamation" case on me. Let me tell you this : LIE KY cannot afford me to testify in court about his numerous election cheatings. I have been repeating this allegation since 2003 online, first in the newsgroup soc.culture.singapore, then in comments online in many blogs and websites. Recently, I even publicly alleged and repeated these allegations to a public audience in an Open Forum on 28 June 2009 (Sunday) at 2pm - 5.30pm in Diamond Room, Level 3, Quality Hotel, 201 Balestier Road. The police and secret police ISD were there and know everything I have done and am doing but cannot do anything other than secret criminal attacks on me, my son and my little niece, usually making us very sick from their lab-cultivated virulent flu viruses.
9. All these online allegations from 2003 are known to the police and secret police ISD officers in ever-widening ripples. Why no action? Because my allegations are true and I can prove them in court, which is why LIE KY is fearful of the case going to court. His wish is to keep my allegations out of court or any official forum. Meaning that he will much prefer you to return my pc and drop the case, as long as you do it in a face-saving manner.
10. In my 2001 case of "incitement to violence", which was BEFORE I knew of LIE KY LHL WKS repeated election cheatings, LIE KY LHL WKS already could not afford to have me testify in court, now, with all my knowledge and proofs of their repeated election riggings, they can afford even less to have me make public statements. I have them by the balls.
