So if election is held next month it would still be within 2012

the PAPs know that they will loss a lot of votes considering the high profile losses at Temasek and the extorbit high salaries of these PAP ministersif they hold it now.So within these 3 yrs,they will to buy our hearts with cheap gimmicks of goodies...my bet is this time they surely loss aljunied.
'm sure many Sporeans would forget about the $100B, $200B,,,, $300B losses BUT they'll be reminded when the PAP increases prices of everything to recoup these losses

I predict that the govt will call for election before the opening of casinos fearing more social problems down the road. The election will be called either in september or latest december to coincide with the opening of casinos. Anyway, they wouldn't drag as someone is already so old and probably couldn't wait till 2012. Cheers!

Btw, i personally don't agree GE be held shortly. I would like to see opps come up with solutions and ideas so as to get in the parliament, instead of taking advantages just becos MIWs is doing a lousy job.
