Drugs worth over S$155,000 seized, 3 arrested
SINGAPORE: A drug trafficker and two suspected drug abusers were nabbed by anti-narcotics officers on Thursday.
They were caught in the same condominium in the eastern part of Singapore.
The two suspected drug abusers are a 31-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman, and both are Vietnamese.
The drug trafficker is a 39-year-old Singaporean man.
The Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) also seized drugs worth over S$155,000.
The drugs include 737 grammes of "Ice", 65 grammes of cannabis, 120 grammes of ketamine, 617 Erimin 5 tablets and more than 600 Ecstasy tablets.
CNB said the amount of "Ice" seized is enough to sustain about 422 addicts for a week.
CNB officers also seized nearly S$60,000 in cash and some drug-related paraphernalia. - CNA/nd
