看護界存在「不能說的祕密」，除了有些看護自己吸毒，也有看護為了偷懶，竟勾結藥頭，偷餵病患管制藥物，讓其一直昏睡。
文夏遭惡質男看護「餵毒」昏迷多日，家屬一怒報警對看護提告，但警方至今仍未傳喚挨告的看護，原因在不想太快打草驚蛇，盼能藉此案一舉搗破長年存在看護界的「不能說的秘密」，即「背後是否有集團專供毒給看護，讓他們迷昏患者好輕鬆賺」。
據悉，2016年元月，彰化縣刑大破獲一蔣姓大姐頭為首的販毒集團，查出她旗下成員將大麻等毒品，推銷進中部地區看護界，依此線索，警方當時找到一名購毒的賴姓男看護，不過因他堅稱只是「自己吃」，最後查不下去。
2017年2月，南投警方查緝一販毒集團，其中一名胡姓成員也是醫院看護，但最後仍功虧一簣，無法找到他餵毒給患者的鐵證。同年9月，高雄市警局接獲線報，前往醫院查緝一名正在照顧病人的60多歲陳姓男看護，在其身上找到毒品、注射針頭，因他堅稱是自己施用，病人家屬也未懷疑提告，警方又僅能依「自已吃」的刑責法辦。

2018年，一名綽號「胡平」的蕭姓男看護，因涉販賣、轉讓各式毒品與禁藥高達30次遭逮，士林地院判他20年有期徒刑。調查期間，幹員一度想追查毒品是否流向其他看護，可惜最後也無疾而終。
屢屢棋差一著，難怪警方這次對文夏遭「毒昏」的案件如此重視，甚至不惜低調，選擇「故意先不傳喚下線（挨告看護）」的奇招。盼真能奏效，一舉「刨根」活逮幕後大黑手。

唱紅「媽媽請妳也保重」的「國寶歌王」文夏，雖已高齡92歲但一直精力充沛，仍四處跑攤。中秋節他因感冒住進台北馬偕醫院，竟遭想偷懶的惡質男看護「餵毒」而昏迷多日，其妻文香證實，醫院後來替老公驗尿，竟發現尿液中含有「不是醫生處方、疑似大麻成分」的管制藥品，目前已報警處理。
本刊日前探視文夏，發現他突然變得相當委靡，不僅白髮稀疏、雙眼茫然，甚至出現失憶跡象，和7月才公開露面、新北市府辦的1場公益演唱會判若二人，當時他能中氣十足和老婆合唱經典名曲，而且精神抖擻、幽默不輸年輕人，沒想到遭「毒害」後，健康卻迅速惡化到讓人心疼。

台北市警局表示，文夏家屬懷疑是在馬偕住院時，透過友人介紹來的一名陳姓男看護下的「毒」手，目前暫以「傷害罪」對陳男提告。不過，提告至今已超過半個月，警方仍未傳訊陳男。
警方目前正進行更詳細的化驗，盼結果出爐後，能報請檢察官指揮，進行擴大偵辦，不排除對涉案的個人、團體展開搜索或拘提，甚至再「刨根」找出毒品源頭供應者，以杜絕這些沒良知的嫌犯再對其他患者下手。

In 2018, a man named Xiao Ping, who was nicknamed "Hu Ping", was arrested for selling and transferring all kinds of drugs and banned drugs up to 30 times.
