Four individuals, including two women, were also arrested during the two separate raids on Dec 20 and Dec 21.
Penang deputy police chief Dep Comm Datuk A. Thaiveegan said police first raided a house in Simpang Ampat on Dec 20 around 9pm and seized 700g of syabu worth RM180,000.

"We also confiscated drug-processing equipment and chemicals during both raids," he said in a press conference at the Penang Road police station here Monday.
He added that in the second raid, a 56-year-old man and 28-year-old Thai woman were arrested and remanded until Saturday.
