日月潭入水口附近，著名的的「水蛙雕塑」景點，由於上游流下來的土膏淤積，十多年來，有兩隻半一直被埋在土裡面，遊客只能拍到六隻半的青蛙，另外兩隻半深藏土中，今年旱象嚴重，日月潭水位不斷下降，日月潭管理處派工讓埋在土裡面的兩隻半出土，九隻青蛙闊別十多年後，出現難得一見的全都露景象，也凸顯旱象問題嚴重。 圖：張良一/攝
[新頭殼newtalk] 日月潭入水口附近，著名的「水蛙雕塑」景點，十多年來，由於上游流下來的土膏淤積，有兩隻半終年被埋在土裡面，遊客只能拍到六隻半的青蛙，今年旱象嚴重，日月潭水位不斷下降，日月潭管理處派工，花了一週的時間，用鏟子和圓鍬將泥土挖掉，讓埋在土裡面的兩隻半出土，九隻青蛙闊別十多年後，出現難得一見的全都露景象，但也凸顯今年在武漢肺炎疫情之外，另一個嚴重的旱象問題。
台灣的水庫每年都需要仰賴颱風帶來的豐沛雨量，然而，最近兩三年，由於颱風都過門不入，沒有雨水，水庫進水量大大減少，再加上現在仍是中南部的枯水期，水庫水位不斷下降，泥土裸露龜裂，原本沉在水中的枯木紛紛浮現，也因此，在日月潭入水口附近的「水蛙雕塑」景點，才出現難得一見的九隻蛙全都露的景觀。
今年初以來，武漢肺炎疫情持續，不知何時才會結束，社會的焦點也一直聚焦在疫情的發展，不過，雨水不來，台灣旱象問題也是相當嚴重，也值得關注。

Due to the m&d deposits flowing down the river, two and a half have been buried in the soil for more than a decade. Tourists can only take six and a half frogs. In the other two semi-deep Tibetan soils, the drought was severe this year, and the water level of Sun Moon Lake continued to drop. For more than ten years, due to the deposit of m&d flowing down the river, two have been buried in the soil all year round. Tourists can only take pictures. Six and a half frogs are suffering from severe drought this year. The water level of Sun Moon Lake has been declining. The Sun Moon Lake Management Office dispatched workers and spent a week digging the soil with a shovel and a round shovel. Two and a half buried in the soil were unearthed.
