Drop TV, steal another one
MEDFORD (Oregon) - BURGLARS who stole a big-screen television from a Medford store dropped it on the sidewalk and went back for a smaller one before disappearing into the night. The Mail Tribune newspaper reported that the thieves broke the store window with a wrench and took a 52-inch LCD TV. After dropping it outside, they went back in for a smaller 47-inch TV. Medford police Lt. Bob Hansen said officers arrived to find the smashed TV. The thieves have not yet been apprehended. -- AP
