Driver arrested after early morning accident

SINGAPORE: Police have arrested a driver following a three-vehicle accident in the early hours on Saturday.
Police say they received a call at about 3.45am about an accident at the junction of Upper Changi Road East and Bedok Road.
On arrival, they established that it was an accident involving two cars and a taxi.
Two people were sent to Changi Hospital.
One of the drivers was arrested.
