What in the world is "a brain in the drain"?
Is that what he considers a "wise answer"?
This is as baffling as when WKS said that LTK was trying to leave open a back door, after LTK said that he would resign if his party forced him to accept the NCMP post.
Perhaps he means a drain in the brain......................

Singapore needs to be obsessed with champions: Dr Balakrishnan

SINGAPORE : Sports Community Development, Youth and Sports Minister Vivian Balakrishnan said a small country like Singapore needs to be obsessed with champions.
Speaking at a youth conference on Saturday, he said a middle-of-the-road approach to top performance will not go far.
The "What Makes a Young Champion?" forum is organised for secondary to tertiary students in celebration of the Youth Olympic Games (YOG).
Its purpose is to develop in today's youth a winning attitude in life.
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong also weighed in on the winning qualities - even though he was not present.
"It's about outdoing yourself, setting yourself higher goals of performance and achievement, and then exceeding them," said PM Lee.
Although many Singapore champions have gone abroad, Sports Minister Balakrishnan offered a positive view.
He said: "One of my other fellow Cabinet colleagues once told me that there was a country which is very, very talented but was also losing many brains - top talent. And he asked the other politician 'are you worried about the brain drain?'
"The other politician gave a very wise answer. He said: "I would rather have a brain drain than a brain in a drain." Organisers have gathered a diverse group with success stories to inspire the young.
17-year-old Johnny Strange, the youngest person to climb the summits of seven continents said: "No matter what the reason is, or what the goal is... (if) they believe in themselves and they really try passionately - they can accomplish their goals."
The next forum will be held during the 2012 Olympics in London. - CNA /ls
