Member of Parliament –- Gangnam Style.
That’s what you can call Dr Teo Ho Pin, MP for Bukit Panjang SMC.
He surprised both parents and kids at the Bukit Panjang Constituency Kindergarten Graduation Concert 2012 by appearing as South Korean rapper Psy, performing his now world-famous dance.
Decked in an outfit similar to the one worn by the K-pop star in the music video, he performed with 17 teachers from the six PAP Community Foundation kindergartens in Bukit Panjang.
