高雄今年以來，景氣不佳，餐飲市場明顯萎縮，不少連鎖餐廳吹熄燈號，高雄著名的大八餐飲集團日前宣布四維路專賣日本料理的四維店營業到8月15日，有民眾注意到與大八四維店相隔約一百多公尺的寒軒宴會廳也在最近停業，引起不少饕客矚目。

今天適逢是大八四維店收店的最後假日，還有不少老顧客到店品嘗料理，許多喜歡日式料理的老客人都說好可惜，這裡離市區近，停車方便，收店讓人不捨。
同樣位在四維路上，位在大八四維店斜對面的寒軒四維店宴會廳7月1日起已不再營業，引起許多買餐券的老顧客擔心餐軒集團是否也遇到同樣問題。
寒軒集團今天在官網澄清，位於四維路與學源路口的「寒軒四維店宴會廳」，因租約到期，地主欲收回土地與重新規畫運作，已於6月30日停止營業。
寒軒集團表示，寒軒餐旅事業集團成立至今已逾25年，旗下有寒軒和平店、寒軒國際大飯店、高雄商旅及寒軒美饌會館（陽明店），目前僅有四維店宴會廳收店，其餘都正常營運。
且位於四維路與復興路口(高雄市政府四維行政中心斜對面)的寒軒國際飯店，為迎接9月即將到來的14周年慶，將推出各項優惠活動。
包括一樓逸廊美食屋，及40樓的觀海軒餐廳，購買紅配綠指定商品，即可用優惠價140元，2樓茶苑在周年慶期間，平日周一至周五，午或晚餐單點自助式沙拉吧只要加價14元，就可以享受特製茶苑套餐一客，寒軒國際飯店各樓層餐廳，也將不定期推出買一送一或折扣優惠活動。
餐飲業者表示，今年受到景氣不佳，宴會市場的確比往年少1到2成，不過7、8月原本就是喜宴淡季，到年底才會轉熱。

台中最後公娼熄燈！從1950年代盛極一時的東區國際戲院旁公娼風化區，曾有10多家妓女戶，上百名公娼，但近20年來已蕭條，僅存的最後一家妓女戶，也於昨天熄燈關門，台中市公娼也走入歷史。

據了解，從1990年代開始，新興的色情場所很多，從酒店到現在的傳播妹，花樣愈來愈多，政府對公娼又採「自然淘汰」態度，此地就逐漸蕭條，公娼人數愈來愈少，年齡也都相當高，嫖客戲稱「燙手茶」，雖然每次僅300至600元，生意仍愈來愈差，負責人多年前就想關門，但擔憂年紀大的公娼無以謀生，才「有一頓沒一頓」的做下去。
而近年因有財團及建商有意願購買就國際戲院周邊土地蓋大樓，原本的3家公娼其中2家數月前就已自行停業，只剩一家3人經營苦撐。日前雙方談妥買賣，舊國際戲院確定易主，僅剩的最後一家公娼，這幾天就已開始搬屋內物品，31日確定將是該公娼經營的最後1天，現場人去樓空，已將鐵門拉起，停止營業。
第三分局立德派出所所長梁世旺表示，聽聞公娼要收起，昨就已派員前往了解確定屬實，該公娼內只剩3位年約4、50歲的公娼。目前東西都已清理完畢，她們說將回南投，找其他工作謀生。

乾拌麵風潮延續好幾年，不管是餐廳夯、快煮麵夯，還是從零售通路轉戰實體店面都有人做。但現在卻接連傳出高檔麵店收攤的消息，有業者就坦言大環境不景氣、生意真的難做。

記者張允曦：「要加牛油球的牛肉麵曾經很紅！不過只有開幕短短幾個月就掛出了出租公告，而網路上說在另覓新址。」
業者在6月25日結束營業，店內物品已經清空，無獨有偶，內湖民權東路的雙人徐也拉下鐵門招租，2家店都走高檔路線，難道是生意難做？

業者李欣恬：「因為我們發現台灣的消費力有下滑，整體大環境比較辛苦的狀況，所以我們就研發了快速、方便、CP質比較高的餐點。」
業者坦言大環境不景氣，改變型態、改走中式速食風。消費採自助式，跟過去套餐除了麵，還有紅酒、小菜要價260元相比，現在單賣麵價格砍半、還推外帶賣起炸雞，要進軍香港、日本、英國、澳洲市場。另一家店也是從零售轉戰開麵店，老媽拌麵選在東區開店，裝潢花600萬、加上每個月房租、人事成本，業者坦言生意不好做，消費者也很難討好。

業者陳榮昌：「店面開了之後會遇到一些消費者的評價，會覺得說份量不夠，他們不如買回去煮就好了，所以針對這些，我們馬上又再把菜單做了一個調整跟改變。」
為了提升CP值，包括麵從70克增量到90克，原本包裝麵在店裡現煮現賣、也變花樣，加上水煮牛肉片，做出跟消費者自己在家煮不一樣的感覺。業者透露，當初開店是要做到O2O，線下體驗、線上購買，為了要推陳出新，光是菜單2個月換了8個版本，求新求變才能生存。

知名連鎖店千葉火鍋基隆店，日前宣布將在29日結束營業，因隔週就是父親節，附近鄰居得知後都超傻眼，而店家也坦言其實是因為10年的租約到期，土地產權又已經被壽險公司買走，因此只能另尋其他適合的地方重新出發。

創立於民國94年的千葉火鍋，除了提供各種火鍋食材外，還有許多熟食可以選擇，全盛時期在全台灣擁有約40間分店，不過因吃到飽餐廳競爭激烈，分店數逐步減少至30間店，而基隆分店宣布收攤，千葉火鍋的分店數也正式跌破30間，僅剩29間店。
其實除了基隆分店外，先前千葉火鍋的新北永和分店及高雄左營分店，熄燈的原因都是租約到期！因租約最久只能簽10年，許多店家生意做起來後，都會遇到類似的情況，而據《東森新聞》報導，基隆分店的業者就表示，若未來找尋到適合的地點會重新再出發。

又有餐廳要結束營業！港式吃到飽的餐廳「潮坊」，貼出公告，因為不堪房租負荷，每個月要75萬起跳，宣布8月底結束營業，讓消費者相當不捨，不只潮坊，吃到飽還有品花苑要轉型婚宴會館，另外火鍋店馥臨、詹記，也因為租約到期關門，看得出來租金成本太高，讓越來越多餐飲業hold不住了。
古早港式餐車，蒸籠疊的好高，要吃鳳爪、燒賣、奶皇包通通有，一旁餐檯，白蝦、花枝任你吃，還有現煮魚湯，用料實在。
港式吃到飽餐廳，2017年才被半導體集團買下，營運1年卻貼出公告，8月底結束營業，店內貼出大大公告，讓不少消費者相當錯愕。

餐飲集團執行副總溫貫良說：「本身來講因為這個商場的租金來講，那因為這個成本上來講的結構，都比較高，所以這樣子在我們營運上來講，這個背負比較大的沉重壓力。」
保證消費權益不會受損，業者無奈透露，餐廳378坪，每坪租金2000元計算，每個月就要燒掉75萬，但餐廳的來客數不如預期，連月虧損才會認賠收攤。
溫貫良說：「這邊的觀光客他的商圈，就是內湖他是一個像這種超市，或一個商場，所以他大部分的客群都是來自假日的，這些家庭客比較多。」

不只潮坊頂不住壓力，吃到飽還有品花苑，停業3個月轉型成婚宴會館，另外馥臨港式火鍋、詹記麻辣火鍋南京店，租約到期都要收攤，看來餐飲業受不了店租成本節節高升，熄燈的家數逐漸攀高，恐怕衝擊下半年景氣。（民視新聞陳盈竹、賴冠諭台北報導）

經營超過30年的金石堂城中店6月打烊，現在又傳出在西門町落腳超過一甲子的「小花園」鞋店，也將在8月底熄燈。這是台灣第一家手工繡花鞋店，旅日歌手翁倩玉、婦聯會前主委辜嚴倬雲等都曾光顧。第4代接班人說，實在敵不過租金的壓力，才會忍痛做出關店的決定。
細心替小女孩穿上旗袍和繡花鞋，另一頭又忙著招呼客人，這位是台灣第一家手工繡花鞋店「小花園」，閉店消息傳開後，不少人都趕來懷舊。

1936年發跡於中國上海的「小花園」，在西門町落腳超過一甲子，婦聯會前主委辜嚴倬雲、旅日歌手翁倩玉都曾光顧，簽名照就掛在店裡顯眼的地方。

小花園第4代陳瑋說，「因為她（翁倩玉）要趕飛機，所以我們就提前幫她開門服務，那時候有陣子，日本人很流行繡花鞋。」
但手縫繡花鞋現在光環不再，店面陸續收起來，近來租金又喊漲；以週邊行情計算，20坪店面每月店租最高可能漲到50萬元，這讓第4代接班人陳瑋，不得不忍痛做出關掉創始店的決定。
小花園第四代陳瑋表示，「因為我們是傳統產業，西門町目前很難吸引比較年輕族群，這家點的位置偏比較後面，不是在徒步區內，吸引不了外面逛街的民眾。」
陳瑋與先生辭去原本待遇優渥的外商公司工作，回到老店，為鞋子改良材質、加入鞋墊，兼具舒適度，還結合牛津鞋等時尚元素，設法讓年輕人也能接受。
創始店熄燈不是結束，手工繡花鞋的職人精神還會繼續延續下去。

高雄今年以來，景氣不佳，餐飲市場明顯萎縮，不少連鎖餐廳吹熄燈號，高雄著名的大八餐飲集團日前宣布四維路專賣日本料理的四維店營業到8月15日，有民眾注意到與大八四維店相隔約一百多公尺的寒軒宴會廳也在最近停業，引起不少饕客矚目。

今天適逢是大八四維店收店的最後假日，還有不少老顧客到店品嘗料理，許多喜歡日式料理的老客人都說好可惜，這裡離市區近，停車方便，收店讓人不捨。
同樣位在四維路上，位在大八四維店斜對面的寒軒四維店宴會廳7月1日起已不再營業，引起許多買餐券的老顧客擔心餐軒集團是否也遇到同樣問題。
寒軒集團今天在官網澄清，位於四維路與學源路口的「寒軒四維店宴會廳」，因租約到期，地主欲收回土地與重新規畫運作，已於6月30日停止營業。
寒軒集團表示，寒軒餐旅事業集團成立至今已逾25年，旗下有寒軒和平店、寒軒國際大飯店、高雄商旅及寒軒美饌會館（陽明店），目前僅有四維店宴會廳收店，其餘都正常營運。
且位於四維路與復興路口(高雄市政府四維行政中心斜對面)的寒軒國際飯店，為迎接9月即將到來的14周年慶，將推出各項優惠活動。
包括一樓逸廊美食屋，及40樓的觀海軒餐廳，購買紅配綠指定商品，即可用優惠價140元，2樓茶苑在周年慶期間，平日周一至周五，午或晚餐單點自助式沙拉吧只要加價14元，就可以享受特製茶苑套餐一客，寒軒國際飯店各樓層餐廳，也將不定期推出買一送一或折扣優惠活動。
餐飲業者表示，今年受到景氣不佳，宴會市場的確比往年少1到2成，不過7、8月原本就是喜宴淡季，到年底才會轉熱。

台中最後公娼熄燈！從1950年代盛極一時的東區國際戲院旁公娼風化區，曾有10多家妓女戶，上百名公娼，但近20年來已蕭條，僅存的最後一家妓女戶，也於昨天熄燈關門，台中市公娼也走入歷史。

據了解，從1990年代開始，新興的色情場所很多，從酒店到現在的傳播妹，花樣愈來愈多，政府對公娼又採「自然淘汰」態度，此地就逐漸蕭條，公娼人數愈來愈少，年齡也都相當高，嫖客戲稱「燙手茶」，雖然每次僅300至600元，生意仍愈來愈差，負責人多年前就想關門，但擔憂年紀大的公娼無以謀生，才「有一頓沒一頓」的做下去。
而近年因有財團及建商有意願購買就國際戲院周邊土地蓋大樓，原本的3家公娼其中2家數月前就已自行停業，只剩一家3人經營苦撐。日前雙方談妥買賣，舊國際戲院確定易主，僅剩的最後一家公娼，這幾天就已開始搬屋內物品，31日確定將是該公娼經營的最後1天，現場人去樓空，已將鐵門拉起，停止營業。
第三分局立德派出所所長梁世旺表示，聽聞公娼要收起，昨就已派員前往了解確定屬實，該公娼內只剩3位年約4、50歲的公娼。目前東西都已清理完畢，她們說將回南投，找其他工作謀生。

乾拌麵風潮延續好幾年，不管是餐廳夯、快煮麵夯，還是從零售通路轉戰實體店面都有人做。但現在卻接連傳出高檔麵店收攤的消息，有業者就坦言大環境不景氣、生意真的難做。

記者張允曦：「要加牛油球的牛肉麵曾經很紅！不過只有開幕短短幾個月就掛出了出租公告，而網路上說在另覓新址。」
業者在6月25日結束營業，店內物品已經清空，無獨有偶，內湖民權東路的雙人徐也拉下鐵門招租，2家店都走高檔路線，難道是生意難做？

業者李欣恬：「因為我們發現台灣的消費力有下滑，整體大環境比較辛苦的狀況，所以我們就研發了快速、方便、CP質比較高的餐點。」
業者坦言大環境不景氣，改變型態、改走中式速食風。消費採自助式，跟過去套餐除了麵，還有紅酒、小菜要價260元相比，現在單賣麵價格砍半、還推外帶賣起炸雞，要進軍香港、日本、英國、澳洲市場。另一家店也是從零售轉戰開麵店，老媽拌麵選在東區開店，裝潢花600萬、加上每個月房租、人事成本，業者坦言生意不好做，消費者也很難討好。

業者陳榮昌：「店面開了之後會遇到一些消費者的評價，會覺得說份量不夠，他們不如買回去煮就好了，所以針對這些，我們馬上又再把菜單做了一個調整跟改變。」
為了提升CP值，包括麵從70克增量到90克，原本包裝麵在店裡現煮現賣、也變花樣，加上水煮牛肉片，做出跟消費者自己在家煮不一樣的感覺。業者透露，當初開店是要做到O2O，線下體驗、線上購買，為了要推陳出新，光是菜單2個月換了8個版本，求新求變才能生存。

知名連鎖店千葉火鍋基隆店，日前宣布將在29日結束營業，因隔週就是父親節，附近鄰居得知後都超傻眼，而店家也坦言其實是因為10年的租約到期，土地產權又已經被壽險公司買走，因此只能另尋其他適合的地方重新出發。

創立於民國94年的千葉火鍋，除了提供各種火鍋食材外，還有許多熟食可以選擇，全盛時期在全台灣擁有約40間分店，不過因吃到飽餐廳競爭激烈，分店數逐步減少至30間店，而基隆分店宣布收攤，千葉火鍋的分店數也正式跌破30間，僅剩29間店。
其實除了基隆分店外，先前千葉火鍋的新北永和分店及高雄左營分店，熄燈的原因都是租約到期！因租約最久只能簽10年，許多店家生意做起來後，都會遇到類似的情況，而據《東森新聞》報導，基隆分店的業者就表示，若未來找尋到適合的地點會重新再出發。

又有餐廳要結束營業！港式吃到飽的餐廳「潮坊」，貼出公告，因為不堪房租負荷，每個月要75萬起跳，宣布8月底結束營業，讓消費者相當不捨，不只潮坊，吃到飽還有品花苑要轉型婚宴會館，另外火鍋店馥臨、詹記，也因為租約到期關門，看得出來租金成本太高，讓越來越多餐飲業hold不住了。
古早港式餐車，蒸籠疊的好高，要吃鳳爪、燒賣、奶皇包通通有，一旁餐檯，白蝦、花枝任你吃，還有現煮魚湯，用料實在。
港式吃到飽餐廳，2017年才被半導體集團買下，營運1年卻貼出公告，8月底結束營業，店內貼出大大公告，讓不少消費者相當錯愕。

餐飲集團執行副總溫貫良說：「本身來講因為這個商場的租金來講，那因為這個成本上來講的結構，都比較高，所以這樣子在我們營運上來講，這個背負比較大的沉重壓力。」
保證消費權益不會受損，業者無奈透露，餐廳378坪，每坪租金2000元計算，每個月就要燒掉75萬，但餐廳的來客數不如預期，連月虧損才會認賠收攤。
溫貫良說：「這邊的觀光客他的商圈，就是內湖他是一個像這種超市，或一個商場，所以他大部分的客群都是來自假日的，這些家庭客比較多。」

經營超過30年的金石堂城中店6月打烊，現在又傳出在西門町落腳超過一甲子的「小花園」鞋店，也將在8月底熄燈。這是台灣第一家手工繡花鞋店，旅日歌手翁倩玉、婦聯會前主委辜嚴倬雲等都曾光顧。第4代接班人說，實在敵不過租金的壓力，才會忍痛做出關店的決定。
細心替小女孩穿上旗袍和繡花鞋，另一頭又忙著招呼客人，這位是台灣第一家手工繡花鞋店「小花園」，閉店消息傳開後，不少人都趕來懷舊。

1936年發跡於中國上海的「小花園」，在西門町落腳超過一甲子，婦聯會前主委辜嚴倬雲、旅日歌手翁倩玉都曾光顧，簽名照就掛在店裡顯眼的地方。

小花園第4代陳瑋說，「因為她（翁倩玉）要趕飛機，所以我們就提前幫她開門服務，那時候有陣子，日本人很流行繡花鞋。」
但手縫繡花鞋現在光環不再，店面陸續收起來，近來租金又喊漲；以週邊行情計算，20坪店面每月店租最高可能漲到50萬元，這讓第4代接班人陳瑋，不得不忍痛做出關掉創始店的決定。
小花園第四代陳瑋表示，「因為我們是傳統產業，西門町目前很難吸引比較年輕族群，這家點的位置偏比較後面，不是在徒步區內，吸引不了外面逛街的民眾。」
陳瑋與先生辭去原本待遇優渥的外商公司工作，回到老店，為鞋子改良材質、加入鞋墊，兼具舒適度，還結合牛津鞋等時尚元素，設法讓年輕人也能接受。
創始店熄燈不是結束，手工繡花鞋的職人精神還會繼續延續下去。
