[环球网报道 记者 刘洋]美联社与伊朗PRESS TV消息，伊朗军方发言人周三召开记者会宣布，本周五（12月27日）起，伊朗、中国、俄罗斯三国海军将举行为期四天的联合军事演习。伊朗PRESS TV称，伊朗近年来曾与俄罗斯、印度、巴基斯坦等国分别举行双边军演，与中俄的三国联合演习是1979年伊朗伊斯兰革命后首次。
伊朗军方发言人阿布尔法兹·谢卡奇（Abolfazl Shekarchi）将在记者会上表示，“伊朗与中俄的联合军演将在周五开始，为期四天，军演范围包括印度洋北部与阿曼海”。他表示，此次军演意义重大，“印度洋和阿曼海都是全世界关键航道，许多国家舰只在这里通勤，因此确保这一海域的安全至关重要”。
此前，伊朗军方高官已多次对外宣布即将于中俄联合军演的消息。PRESS TV说，俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫此前也曾证实此消息。拉夫罗夫当时说，“我们，中华人民共和国以及伊朗正在为在印度洋部分海域举行打击恐怖分子和海盗的联合军演做准备”。
但美国媒体的解读自然不是这个角度。美联社25日将伊朗军方的“官宣”解读为，面临来自华盛顿前所未有的政治与经济制裁，德黑兰寻求与北京和莫斯科的军事合作。
同样在本周三，伊朗外交部发言人穆萨维（Seyyed Abbas Mousavi）在接受伊通社（IRNA）采访时赞扬了伊俄、伊中之间的友好关系。
穆萨维说，伊朗和俄罗斯享有历史和特殊关系，尽管美国和其他西方国家对伊朗施加了制裁和压力，但俄罗斯联邦仍然坚定地支持伊朗。因此，穆萨维表示，在《伊核协议中》伊朗已将俄罗斯和中国与其他国家区别看待。穆萨维表示，伊朗将永远不会忘记在其困难时期正义执言坚守国际原则的朋友，而且伊朗与这些国家的关系正在正确的轨道上健康发展。
