美股盤前的指數期貨電子盤再度重挫，一度觸及交易所設定跌停門檻，拖累亞歐股市挫跌。
美國總統川普政府昨天表示，華府打算祭出1兆美元經濟刺激方案，以降低武漢肺炎疫情造成的經濟衝擊，可能在兩週內發放1000美元支票給民眾。
