It is already a very strong suspect that China is the inventor of the virus in preparation for a biological war in future. Unfortunately, the virus got accidentally leaked and caused the much havoc today. Putin seems to have done likewise to Trump
Putin is very busy trying to get "revenge" right now on the United States for kicking Donald J Trump out, and trying to steal vaccine secrets (mRNA tech developed by the NIH, USA) and other critical targets via cyber attacks.
But mostly Putin is very, very angry that democracy has reared its ugly head and the will of the people has prevailed OUCH
