<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->I WAS taking a walk along Changi Beach on July 23 at about 5.30pm when I was surprised to see a man unleashing two dogs to play in the sea.
I stopped and looked at the man, who was with two female friends.
They were enjoying themselves, not knowing that what they had done could harm the public. Dogs should be on a leash at all times in public places, especially in parks where children are playing. If a dog bites someone, the owner is sued for legal liability.
What happens if a dog urinates, or is sickly or infected with rabies or other diseases? It could affect someone who takes a swim in the sea and who may return home and spread the disease to family members.
Are dogs allowed in the waters of our beaches? I think they should not be. There should be signs saying so and penalties spelt out with fines indicated.

there's dirtier stuff out there in the sea than mere diseases borne by dogs, stinging jellyfishes, toxic remnants, oil pollutants and others just to name a few

I think Henry is better off staying at home and watch the sunset in his bath tub. If you so sway , even while shiting at home an airplane would crash into his jamban.

Henry Soh complaining?

We get retards like this althe time in the retartd paper. So what's the surprise?

Somebody should wear a leash on him when he goes swimming next time. I wonder will he die of drowning or strangulation?
