Here in Singapore, it is no secret that there is a very tough stand on drug use, possession and trafficking, up to and including the death penalty. As a result, there are very few cases (comparitavely) each year in the island republic involving illicit drugs.
I have written on more than one occassion, that perhaps it might time to extend the focus to alcohol, given it is one of the world's largest killers and the drug responsible for most crime globally.
