Respectfully, but I am thinking homo erectus and his cavemen friends also knew that pain receptors are on the skin. Because when they kena bitten by animals, they will hurt. Or kena poked by sharp objects. And that was about 2 million years ago. And when fire was discovered about 1 million years ago, they realised it hurt when kena burned.

Allah allows it to happen or not to happen. Allah let's us make that choice.

Allah-willing refers to anything you want to make happen, but if he wills it, it will not happen as he will put obstacles.

Eg, you have the intention to steal something. Allah may thwart your plans by you falling into the longkang while you're on your way there.
