Doctor dies after working 18 hours straight until she collapsed in front of her patient

A doctor collapsed in front of her patient and tragically died after suffering a stroke at the end of an 18-hour shift.

Respiratory illness specialist Zhao Bianxiang, 43, was found without a pulse after collapsing on 29th December.

She was declared dead after 20 hours of rescue efforts.

She died from a subarachnoid hemorrhage, which is caused by the rupturing of an aneurysm in the brain, the facility said.

Zhao was deputy head of respiratory medicine at the Yuci District People's Hospital in Jinzhong City in north-western China's Shaanxi Province.

The truth is ah tiong land treats their Drs badly,,,,but so do alot of countries,,in singkieland alot of doctors in public hospitals are overworked especially the housemen. One ah tiong colleague whose mother is a Dr in ah tiong land said,,,in the next life,,come back become a cow or a horse is better than being a Dr....sad that the caregivers are not given any care...

In terms of pay,,they do ok.,can afford house and car etc..but the working conditions sucks,,because they get abuse by the patients,,,if you give the patients family bad news etc,,,be prepared to get abused and cursed at,,the typical ah tiong behaviour
