Because PAP had been helping their dogs buy over them, of course with the HDB expediting things along. Gerrymandering comes in all forms.

When Potong Pasir is returned to the PAP as the Sito kiao kiao had asked Potong Pasir voters to do, they will be uprooted away from the nearby MRT through en bloc schemes and have their flats replaced by condos for the rich and the elite.
