深圳 一名嫖客與妓女一度春風後，不滿對方坐地起價，加價13元，竟報警求助，2人最後被治安拘留。
深圳市寶安巡防大隊福永巡防中隊懷德分隊分隊長袁銀豐帶領隊員李澤彬日前在社區巡邏執勤，巡邏至福新街凱雅路口時，偶遇有一男一女一邊吵架，還撕扯在一起，女方似乎不讓男方走。
隊員欲加以調解，但兩人並不說明所為何事。隊員只好將此事匯報給福永派出所，民警趕到後驚奇地發現，涉事男子正是之前因嫖資糾紛撥打電話報警的嫖客。
據了解，當天早些時候，33歲的男子郁某某經過福永村梁屋6巷時，遇見了23歲的賣春女劉某某，一番試探後便到劉某某的出租屋內。郁某某稱口袋現金只有17元，若是錢不夠的話只有取消交易。劉某某思慮一番後答應17元也可以成交。
完事穿好衣服後，郁某某從口袋中掏出了17元，劉某某接到錢後似覺不妥，提出要交足30元郁某某才可以離開，這遭到郁某某的拒絕—— 已經談好的生意，怎麼可以坐地起價？兩人當時就發生了口角。
劉某某拉住郁某某，稱不交出30元不許走人。惱羞成怒的郁某某不知如何是好，隨即打電話報警，稱和劉某某在此處發生了糾紛。
郁某某見報完警後似乎嚇住了劉某某，就離開了出租屋，沒想到劉某某一路跟隨。
兩人為多出的13元嫖資問題一路糾纏，在兩人行到福新街凱雅路口時，正好碰到了正在此處巡邏的兩名巡防隊員。兩人最終被民警帶回了派出所，雙雙被治安拘留五日。
