Disabled man can't get parking fine quashed
He disputes illegal parking offence; judge unconvinced

Convinced he was not in the wrong, a 55-year-old disabled man fought a $70 parking fine all the way to the High Court.
But Mr Lim Keat Hong lost his appeal on Friday, and must now accept the $600 fine handed down to him by a district court in February.
Mr Lim, who represented himself during the earlier trial, hired a lawyer to argue his appeal on Friday. Through counsel, he insisted that he was in his car when it was illegally parked on Kim Seng Road on Jan 21 last year.
The Certis Cisco traffic warden who caught him, however, had testified during the earlier trial that when he saw the parked car at about 11.30am, there was nobody inside the vehicle.
